Well, I used to work on Fiverr and completed countless orders with 5-star ratings. I can share a few tips that I’ve learned.
CREATE A GIG - This is the first important task, do honest research, first about yourself, what you can do, and what you can offer then find a relevant trending niche and create a professional gig with proper high-quality graphics and sample video, SEO and whatnot, give your 100% in everything.
FAST REPLIES - Win customers over with rapid replies, Use the Quick Response feature. Keep your customers updated during the entire process
KEEP IT FLOWING - When you are starting, find a good profitable niche you’re good at, keep prices as low as possible, deliver quality work, and deliver it faster. This will attract more buyers.
KEEP IT SYSTEMETIC - Create a system and templates, Fiver dollar gigs should not take more than half an hour.
NEVER SAY NO - If a buyer asks for revisions, just give them one not only they will rate low but can cancel the order and all you did will be for nothing, which is not good for business.
SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS - Develop skill set, think about what buyer/person/company needs regularly. Provide excellent services so the buyers come back repeatedly.
WHY IT’S NOT WORKING - If something is not working for you, search the relevant keyword on Fiverr and look at a few top results, and top-rated gigs and compare yourself, what’s something they did better than you, then make changes accordingly, adapt better. There is competition and you know, Survival of the fittest.
